1. Agreement
By using Floxovo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Who can use Floxovo
You must be 13 or older to create an account. A parent or guardian may create an account for a child and is responsible for that account. Guest use doesn't require an account.
3. Your account
Keep your password private and tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for activity on your account.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the text and files you upload. You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload, such as your own notes, or material your school or the copyright holder allows you to use. You give Floxovo permission to process your content only to provide the service to you.
5. Acceptable use
Please follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these Terms.
6. AI and study tools
Floxovo uses automated tools, including AI, to create flashcards, quizzes, notes, and tutor answers. AI can make mistakes. Floxovo is a study aid, not a replacement for teachers, textbooks, or professional advice. Please check important information before relying on it.
7. Free service and changes
Floxovo's core features are free. We may add optional paid features in the future and will tell you before any charges apply. We may change, pause, or remove features, and we'll try to give notice of significant changes.
8. Intellectual property
The Floxovo name, logo, design, and software belong to Floxovo. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.
9. Termination
You can stop using Floxovo and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
Floxovo is provided "as is" and "as available". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular exam or purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Floxovo isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that can't be limited under applicable law, including consumer rights.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where Floxovo is operated, subject to any mandatory consumer protections where you live. This will be finalized with legal review before launch.
